Welcome to RevumeApp.com (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a SaaS service for businesses to collect, manage, and display customer reviews. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
• Must be 18+ or business representative with authority
• Create account with accurate business information (letters only for slugs/names)
• Responsible for account security; notify support@revumeapp.com of breaches
• No multiple accounts per business
2. Services Provided
• Review collection forms/widgets for your website
• Dashboard to manage reviews and analytics
• Arabic/English support for Egypt/MENA businesses
• Free trial, then paid subscription (pricing at revumeapp.com/pricing)
3. Acceptable Use
Allowed:
• Collect genuine customer feedback
• Display reviews on your business website
• Export analytics for internal use
Prohibited:
• Fake reviews or incentivized ratings
• Automated scraping or bulk review generation
• Illegal content, spam, or harassment
• Reverse engineering or reselling service
4. User Content Ownership
• You own your business data and customer reviews
• We have non-exclusive license to host, display, and improve service
• Right to remove violating content without notice
5. Payments & Subscriptions
• Billed monthly/annually via Stripe/Paymob (Egypt)
• No refunds except legal requirement
• Upgrade/downgrade effective next billing cycle
• Late payments suspend access after 7 days
6. Business Page Slugs
• Accept letters only (a-z, A-Z, Arabic letters)
• First-come, first-served; no special characters/numbers
• We reserve right to change slugs for technical/legal reasons
7. Intellectual Property
• All Platform code, design, trademarks property of RevumeApp
• You may use review widgets with attribution (“Powered by RevumeApp”)
• No rights granted except explicit license to use service
8. Termination
• Cancel anytime via dashboard; access ends at billing period
• We may suspend/terminate for violations with notice
• Sections 4-15 survive termination
9. Disclaimers
• Service “AS IS”; no warranty of uptime or accuracy
• Reviews reflect customer opinions, not ours
• Backup your data; we not liable for losses
10. Limitation of Liability
• Max liability = 12 months fees paid
• No consequential damages
• Egypt law applies; Cairo courts jurisdiction
